It's rumored that the "couple" Alica Keys and Swizz Beats, are planning to move into a penthouse in New York. According to the New York Post, the two have been seen shopping for a luxurious penthouse, just across from Gracie Mansion, where New York's Mayor lives. The Post stated, "They've been back four times to view it." The penthouse is located on 170 East End Avenue. It has a fireplace, squash courts, and a private screening room. It is said that the apartment's recent owner, paid $12 million for it.
